How do I book a viewing?
Open any listing and send an inquiry through the contact panel on the right. The listing agent receives it immediately and will reach out to arrange a visit, usually within one business day.
Is there a fee for browsing or contacting agents?
Browsing EstateZone NG and contacting agents is completely free for buyers and renters. Any fees are agreed directly between you and the agent or landlord.
How are agents verified?
Every agent applies with their agency details, licence number and a government-issued ID. Our team reviews the documents before the account is approved and any listing can go live.
Can I save properties without an account?
Yes. Tap the heart on any listing to add it to your shortlist — it is kept for your current browsing session. Create an account in the mobile app to sync favourites across devices.
I found an inaccurate listing. What should I do?
Send us the listing link through this form and we will review it. Listings that breach our accuracy policy are unpublished and the agent is notified.
